Assistant Manager Farm Store/C-Store Bridger Location (Full Time Position)

Join an exciting team at our Bridger location.  We are looking for an organized, motivated leader with a strong work ethic who can provide excellent customer service skills and possess the ability to work in a team environment. Previous management experience preferred but not mandatory. A Farm & Ranch background is preferred.

A successful candidate will have

  • Retail experience (Farm & Ranch background preferred)
  • Effective people skills
  • Excel in leading and taking direction.
  • Provide exemplary customer service.

Assistant store management candidates are trained in all functions of store management. They have full responsibility of the store in the absence of the store manager. Daily routine and assignments consistently require skill and knowledge closely related to the position of store manager, to include merchandising the sales floor with freight handling, processing, and operating a forklift. Agriculture background, product knowledge, and supervisory experience a plus. Assistant store managers must be committed to excellent customer service. This position offers flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends) and valuable growth potential.
